Reniella Apartment, Montefollonico

Attached to, but private and independent from the farm is our fully-furnished self-catering holiday apartment 'La Mezzaluna'. The name refers to the curved stone walls that support the olives trees in front of the apartment. The apartment has its own access and is spacious and well-laid out on two floors, having two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen/diner. The apartment has been carefully restored to combine old features with modern comfort. It has full central heating and is well equipped throughout

Lounge

The spacious and bright lounge is decorated in traditional Tuscan style has a comfortable sofa (which can convert to an extra bed). There is a music system for playing your favourite background music CDs and a selection a reading materials. The lounge connects directly to the kitchen dining area, the downstairs bathroom suite via the lower hallway, and to the upstairs rooms via the open stairway.

Kitchen

The kitchen / diner is well equiped to modern standards and has all the necessary utensils for your daily needs. The diner opens out onto a private terrace with patio furniture and loungers, and commands fantastic views across the valley to the ancient hilltop town of Montepulciano. There is a welcome pack of farm produce waiting for you on arrival, all other needs can be purchased from the well-stocked local shops.

Terrace

The terrace is private to the apartment with its own access and furiture, and has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside. It catches the sun all day long and has patio lighting for the evenings. There is ample space for lounging in the sun, dining out or having a barbeque.
